Will there be a meaningful debate in the house this time?

The experience of the Vidhan Sabha session so far has been that here even the most serious subjects get lost in unnecessary debates. There are dozens of instances when many important bills were brought in the assembly, but due to mutual disputes between the ruling party and the opposition, they could not be discussed. The bills, which were kept for discussion for one to two hours each, were passed within minutes amid the commotion. The question is whether the same convention will be seen inside the House or this time the members will leave the party and ideological conflict and discuss the issues related to the state interest and give their important suggestions?
