Three players Thomas Tuchel is ready to target at Bayern ft. Harry Kane
Nagelsman won the Bundesliga last season with Bayern and was just one point behind Borussia Dortmund in the table this season while leading the club to the Champions League quarter-finals.
However, that wasn’t enough for the Bundesliga giants who replaced him with former Borussia Dortmund boss Thomas Tuchel. Here, we’ll take a look at three players Tuchel could consider signing at the Allianz Arena.
Harry Kane
Harry Kane is widely rumored to leave Spurs this summer in search of his first ever career trophy. The England skipper has his current contract with Tottenham Hotspur which expires next summer, meaning this could be the summer that Spurs might finally want to offload him. Bayern Munich have been credited with an interest in the Englishman who has also been linked with Manchester United.
Matthew Kovacic
Mateo Kovacic has been linked with a move away from Chelsea this summer and the Croatia international could reunite with his former manager Tuchel at Stamford Bridge. Kovacic also has his contract expiring next summer, which means the Blues are looking to make some money on him and reinvest in the middle of the park. Kovacic had a great time under Tuchel at Chelsea and a reunion could be a bargain for both parties.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang
Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang has had a torrid season with Chelsea this time around. The Gabon international was signed by Tuchel last summer from Barcelona on transfer deadline day and soon saw the German manager sacked by the Blues. He has been struggling for opportunities under new manager Graham Potter and could be happy to reunite with Tuchel in Germany, where he once enjoyed a sensational spell with Borussia Dortmund.
