The LPL Business Solutions Product team is seeking a well-rounded Sr. Product Manager to help drive strategic business decisions through the implementation of competitive research, analysis and reporting of key product, market, and business drivers. The ideal candidate has sound judgement, the ability to recognize and communicate trends and insights, along with a strong understanding of data and automation concepts. This role will help move products from ideas to pilots to launch and acceleration.
The Business Solutions group provides our advisors with the professional services and solutions to enable them to run, manage and grow their business and better serve their clients. From Admin to Marketing, our solutions enable advisors to rely on our staff for important tasks, advice, technical expertise or Marketing savvy and give them more quality time in front of clients and growing their business.
Perform market and competitor analysis, structure and present to management
Organize client feedback from surveys, focus groups and interviews and turn into actionable insights
Develop and automate reports, iteratively build & prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs
Help team evaluate new products and features for development
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs, formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, deliverables, and presentations
Evaluate product and feature economics for viability
Create, iterate & maintain scenarios on product performance, operational excellence, costs & financial performance among others.
Build stories with meaningful insights from data
Lay out data and analyses in powerpoint
What are we looking for?

Ba/BS degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related discipline preferred
3+ years product/finance/consulting/analytics related experience
Proficiency with excel and powerpoint
Effective communication, presentation and writing skills
Detail oriented with insight to determine applicability of big picture analysis
Prior product management experience is not a requirement
Experience exploring market data and create strategic competitive analysis
Data driven, customer centric, able to find root causes and distinguish signal from noise
Knowledge in digital development process in an agile environment a plus
This position can work out of one of our offices (Fort Mill, SC, San Diego, Austin, Boston, Kansas City) or be fully remote.

Pay Range: $80,760-$121,140/year
The salary range is dependent on a number of factors, including the applicant’s skill, experience, and work location.
