During the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’, top Congress official Rahul Gandhi accused Vinayak Damodar Savarkar of betraying the country in Maharashtra. Now, Savarkar’s grandson has made serious allegations against Rahul Gandhi’s maternal grandfather, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

Savarkar’s grandson, Ranjit Savarkar, has refuted Rahul Gandhi’s claims that Pandit Nehru agreed to share the country because of a ‘woman’. He said that for 12 years after independence, Pandit Nehru shared the country’s secret information with the British. Ranjit Savarkar asked Rahul Gandhi for an answer on this.

Say that in Washim, Maharashtra, Rahul Gandhi had accused Savarkar of betraying the country. He had said that Savarkar had written a letter to the British asking him to remain their servant and received a pension for life. During this, he also showed a letter from Savarkar to the people on the scene.

Speaking to reporters on Friday, November 18, 2022, Ranjit Savarkar said correspondence between Endwina, the wife of Viceroy Lord Mountbatten, and Pandit Nehru should be taken back to the British and made public. He said: “It will show how the one whom the country calls Chacha Nehru, has betrayed the country.”

Accusing Pandit Nehru, the first prime minister of independent India, Ranjit Savarkar said Pandit Nehru traveled alone to Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, between May 9-12, 1947, and stayed there four days. Ranjit added, “Meanwhile, Edwina’s letters to the British government said that I had invited Pandit Nehru as a guest.”

Referring to the things mentioned in Edwina’s letter regarding personal relations, Ranjit Savarkar said that Pandit Nehru is very busy. They are therefore approaching a “nervous breakdown”. He spent four days with me. We both became very good friends and this friendship will last for a long time. Ranjit Savarkar said Edwina wrote in her letter that “Pandit Nehru has come under my control”.

Ranjit didn’t stop there. He said that Pandit Nehru ignored the security of the country. Viceroy of Lord Mountbatten had been named. He said: “Balwant Singh had said that Mountbatten being the Viceroy could not send troops to Pakistan. 20,000 girls were abducted and taken to Pakistan. Seeing the carnage, the Indian leadership didn’t know what to do, so I took full control.

Quoting Mountbatten, Ranjit said: “The Viceroy wrote that after leaving India, Pandit Nehru Reported daily for 12 years Was.” Ranjit Savarkar said it was a big failure of the intelligence agencies. He said Nehru was trapped by honey and he was trapped.

Demanding that Prime Minister Narendra Modi investigate this, Ranjit said the prime minister should investigate the whole matter. Even before that many people were caught in honey trap and they were also punished but who can talk about Nehru. He asked Rahul Gandhi for answers on this honey trap.
