Rajasthan: Farmers sitting on dharna in Churu flare up, clash with police, block Bikaner-Delhi highway

The farmers, who have been protesting in Taranagar for the last 99 days under the banner of All India Kisan Sabha, got furious on Wednesday. After which there was a clash between the farmers and the police personnel. The angry farmers uprooted the tents. After this he blocked the Bikaner-Delhi highway.
Let us inform that the farmers have been protesting for a long time for their various demands including insurance claim and crop cutting. Under the Mahapadav, there was a huge public meeting in the agricultural produce market of the farmers on Wednesday. Talks were also held with his administration regarding the demands. After the talks failed, the farmers left the agricultural produce market and reached the SDM office in a procession raising slogans on Wednesday evening. Meanwhile, the farmers tried to forcibly enter the SDM office, but the police and RAC personnel posted at the door stopped the farmers in front of the main door outside the SDM office.
After this the farmers tried their best to enter the SDM office but the RAC jawans did not allow them to enter. After which the agitated farmers uprooted the police barricade and the tent in front of the SDM office door. During this there was a clash between the farmers and the police.

Kisan Sabha’s advocate Nirmal Prajapat said that till the government does not give crop cutting report to the farmers, their mahapadav will continue in front of the SDM office. The administration closed all government offices in the town on Wednesday afternoon due to the farmers’ warning of a ‘Ghera Dalao Dera Dera’ movement. So that farmers cannot enter government offices and capture them.
