Our client is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3 years of experience with working with metal fabrication, specifically metal stamping, roll forming, and welding. The Manufacturing Engineer position will work closely with a team of engineers to drive improvements on the manufacturing floor.
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
- Implement Lean Six Sigma tools on current processes
- Troubleshoot machinery and implement solutions
- Coordinating capital expenditures with other departments
- Interpret customer blueprints
- Participate in new product introduction projects in a high mix/low volume manufacturing setting

- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- Exposure to programming CNC machinery
- Strong LEAN and CI experience
- Familiarity with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar design software
- At least 4 years of experience

- Base salary between $70,000-$80,000, depending on related experience
