Collector Mishra is conducting a surprise inspection of major departments in Katihar. On Wednesday, he reached Dakshin Muradpur High School in Kursela. Then quietly went to the last bench in a class of the school and sat down with the children. He signaled the children to keep quiet. Masterji was explaining the lesson to the children by writing on the board. When he finished writing, he turned to ask questions to the children, only then his eyes fell on the unknown person. On this Masterji immediately asked for his introduction. When the collector introduced himself, the teacher lost his sweat. After this the DM spoke to the children. Teach them how to study well. When some children were seen without uniform, they also asked about them.
Tested midday meal, reprimanded for cleanliness
During the inspection of the school, DM Mishra took stock of the mid-day meal. He himself tested it to check the quality of the food. Reprimanded the head teacher of the school for lack of maintenance and cleanliness of food items.
Started the campaign of Saturday cycling
Collector Mishra has started Saturday’s cycling campaign in Katihar. He cycles from his home to his office every Saturday. Due to this campaign, many other officers are also seen under compulsion, but for environmental protection, they are seen cycling behind. ADM Vijay Kumar went a step ahead of him and reached the office on foot.
