In UP, a case has been registered against Samajwadi Party MLA Dr. RK Verma from Raniganj assembly seat of Pratapgarh district, along with six nominated and fifty unidentified supporters on the complaint of Irshad, manager of Amarontrans Infotech Noida firm.

The SP MLA has found it costly to inspect the engineering college under construction in Siswat of Raniganj assembly constituency. The manager of Amarontrans Infotech Noida firm has filed a case against RK Verma, SP MLA from Raniganj. In the case of demolition of wall by MLA after inspecting the under construction engineering college, 6 nominated and 45 unknown supporters including SP MLA RK Verma have been booked in Kadhai Kotwali. In this, a case has been registered under several serious sections including intimidation, abusing, rioting, damage to government property.

A case has been registered against the MLA following the instructions of the government on the complaint of the manager of the firm Morontrans Infatech Noida. The manager of Amarontrans Infatech Noida firm alleges that the MLA reached Shivsat village of Raniganj assembly in seven vehicles to inspect the under construction engineering college, where the wall of the newly being constructed engineering college was shaken by the supporters of the MLA.

After this, MLA RK Verma demolished the wall and made a video of it and made it viral on social media. When the manager refused MLA RK Verma, he was threatened and abused. There was extensive damage to public property. On Saturday, as soon as the Chief Minister left Pratapgarh, a case was registered against MLA RK Verma.

It is noteworthy that SP MLA RK Verma had come three days ago to inspect the engineering college under construction. He had accused the engineering college being built here at a cost of crores of poor quality and construction of the college with substandard material. In this matter, SP’s national president Akhilesh Yadav had also targeted the BJP government. After which the discussion of poor construction of engineering college became common. The walls here were called the wall of corruption, whose echo reached the government.

Irshad, the manager of the executive firm, annoyed by the green signal from the government on Saturday night and the arrogant inspection of the MLA, filed a complaint against the MLA, after which the MLA and his 50 supporters were booked.
