New photos show Orange County Deputy public defender Elliot Blair – who died mysteriously on Monday while celebrating a wedding anniversary in Mexico – danced just hours before police said he fell from a balcony outside his hotel room, although that his family thinks differently.Mexican website Patrol 646 said Blair, 33, was drunk and died from a fourth-floor balcony at Las Rocas Resort and Spa in Rosarito beachalthough his family denied this information and said the tragic incident took place in an “open-air walkway outside the front door” of the couple’s bedroom.In photos taken hours before Blair died, he can be seen dancing in front of a group and smiling with his wife.
