According to Kamini Kumari, Meteorologist of Patna Meteorological Center, ‘East and southeast air flow is still up to 0.9 km above the surface in the entire state. Because of this, the wind speed is 8 to 10 km per hour. The area of ​​a cyclonic circulation lies over South East Uttar Pradesh and its adjoining areas up to 1.5 km above the surface. Simultaneously a trough is running from North West Rajasthan to Manipur, passing through South UP-South Bihar and Sub Himalayan West Bengal at 0.9 km above the surface. Under the influence of these weather factors, there is a possibility of lightning and light to moderate rain in some parts of the northern parts of the state and some parts of the south part.
