Arsenal close to signing Leandro Trossard
Arsenal made first contact for Trossard on Wednesday, after a failed Mykhailo Mudryk pursuit, and the decision could be made official on Friday, according to reports.
Trossard, who has been a vital cog for Brighton this season, has had some issues at Brighton. He had a problem with manager De Zerbi and was recently dropped from the squad. Although the Italian manager was open to bringing him back to the team but it looks like the Belgian is close to exiting.

The Gunners have agreed a deal for the 28-year-old and will pay the Premier League club £27m. The shrewd winger has scored 7 goals for the south coast club so far in 17 league appearances.
The player is expected to sign a contract until 2026 and will join the London giants immediately. The deal is expected to be completed by Friday midday UK time so the player can be eligible for Arsenal’s next league game against Manchester United on Sunday.
The Gunners currently top the Premier League table with 47 points after 18 games.
