On Tuesday, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh announced a revolutionary decision with a broad vision to launch a new scheme for young people called ‘Agneepath’. The Agneepath Yojana calls for starting recruitment of soldiers, sailors and airmen on the basis of ‘All India-All Class’ within 90 days this year.

Criticism has been started by some opponents without studying it in the right perspective with an open mind and an attempt is being made to show this plan against the development of the youth. How will the Agneepath Yojana help the youth to enrich and develop personal and national character? Life management is clearly important in education, according to research on successful individuals. Leadership, teamwork, coping with difficult situations, stress and fear management, mental perseverance, effective communication, familiarity and supportive attitude and nation first attitude are all important qualities and help them to achieve success, but in school or at home. Therefore, this important scheme is being opposed in some cities. Some opponents and so-called liberals are acting on behalf of their foreign mentors and large-scale funding is brainwashing such youths and destroying social unrest and property. Those who do not want the youth to succeed in any field are using dirty tricks to derail the objective. Four years of development will undoubtedly provide young people with a strong physical, mental and social health, as well as a goal-oriented approach to dealing with any subject with discipline, commitment and critical and difficult situations, leadership, teamwork and better awareness and vigilance. Will do. It will be easier to identify enemies within the society.

If they are not selected for the next role in the defense forces, these qualities will help them to develop further in whatever field they move forward after four years. Acquired technical skills and advanced life skills will undoubtedly add value to the ability to easily find employment in both the public and private sectors. Even acquired qualities and skills will help in effective and efficient start-up of a business. The most important aspect will be the spirit of patriotism and the nation-first approach as well as the attitude of helping and caring. A character who inspires national pride and instills fear in enemies. These qualities should be developed in all the youth even in school days.
